LPD Makes Arrest Following Three Month Investigation

After three months of investigation the Lamar Police Department arrested Christopher M. Manley, 36, on 8 counts of Identity Theft, 8 counts of Criminal Impersonation, 1 count of Possession of Financial Transaction Device, and Possession of Identification Documents.
Agencies with reports of victims associated with this case extend from California to Maryland and five other jurisdictions in Colorado. Mr. Manley is being held on a $10,000 bond for this case. Every person is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
