Library Aide – STARTING PAY: $ 12.00 Library. The City of Lamar Library is seeking a part-time Library Aide. This position is 20 hours per week, Monday thru Friday working two to three evenings per week and every other Saturday. This position offers NO BENEFITS. EMERGENCY SERVICE COMMUNICATOR – The City of Lamar is accepting applications for an Emergency Service Communicator in the E-911 Dispatch Center. Schedule: Graveyard 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Under general supervision is responsible for receiving all calls to Communications Center, analyzing the calls, and determining the appropriate need for response. He/she notifies law enforcement, fire, and/or ambulance personnel or requests for service and follows through on all responses.
