The 15th Judicial District Community Corrections Board is seeking to contract with an individual for part time clerical services. The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing referral packets of offenders requesting placement into Community Corrections. This will include summarizing and formatting documents along with frequent correspondence with the Probation Department, the Community Correction Board, and Advantage Treatment Center. Strong organization, writing, and electronic communication skills are required. The contract would allow the individual flexibility to work at home and to set their own schedule. The contract would pay a monthly rate commensurate with the amount of time required to process referrals. FOREMAN – Under the direction of the Department Director or designee, performs and directs the activities of a moderate sized group of unskilled and semi-skilled workers engaged in a wide variety of manual labor, equipment operation and repairs. Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school plus four years of progressively responsible experience in construction, maintenance, light equipment operation, auto service repair or other repair activities, including one year in a lead worker capacity; vocational training or college level class work is desirable; possession of a valid Colorado driver’s license. May be required to obtain the following: a Commercial Driver’s license (CDL), a water distribution license, a sewer collection license and a pesticide applicator’s license.
