ELECTION NEWS:
Ballots have now been mailed out for the June 30, 2026 Primary Election. If you have not received a ballot, you can request a replacement ballot but do it before June 22, 2026. If you need a replacement ballot please visit the VSPC, June 22-30, 2026 the Prowers County Annex, 1001 S. Main St., 2nd Floor, Lamar, CO. The earlier voted ballots are returned, the earlier election night results can be released.

Do NOT drop your voted ballot in the white box sitting in the Prowers County Annex parking lot. Continue to drop your voted ballot in the secure Ballot Drop Box at the Courthouse parking lot.

June 22, 2026 is the deadline to register to vote through the mail or online to receive a mail ballot through the mail for the June 30th Primary Election.

REMINDER: Postmarks dates do not count as received. Your ballot must be in the possession of the Prowers County Clerk by 7:00 p.m., June 30, 2026.

Checking your mail-in ballot status on line: If you would like to verify that your ballot was received by the County Clerk’s Office, log onto www.govotecolorado.gov or sign up with the State’s BallotTrax System at: https://colorado.ballottrax.net and receive text or email notifications.

• Saturday, June 27, 2026: Prowers County VSPC Office will be open 8:00 a.m.
to 12:00 p.m., for return of mail-in ballots; issue replacement ballots; register to vote; update address; or update your name at the Prowers County Annex,
1001 S. Main St., 2nd Floor, Lamar, CO 81052.

• Tuesday, June 30, 2026: ELECTION DAY – Prowers County VSPC Office is
open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., at the Prowers County Annex, 1001 S. Main Street,
2nd Floor, Lamar, CO.
