Enrollment for the 2026 4-H Year Is Now Open — Sign Up Today!
Lamar, CO – The CSU Extension Office in Prowers County is excited to announce that enrollment for the 2026 4-H program year is officially open. Families are encouraged to register early and explore the wide variety of projects available to youth this year. Youth and families can enroll online at: https://extension.colostate.edu/
The enrollment fee is $25.00 per youth, and the deadline to participate in the Sand & Sage Fair or Holly Gateway Fair is Monday, March 2, 2026. Explore a World of 4-H Projects—Far Beyond Livestock
Not sure which project to choose? Thinking about trying something new? 4-H offers dozens of hands-on projects for all interests—from science, cooking, shooting sports, and woodworking to gardening, electricity, visual arts, and more. Need Assistance? Attend the Enrollment Help Session The Extension Office will host an Enrollment Help Session on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at the Fairgrounds Home Economics Building. Staff will be available to assist with choosing projects, navigating 4HOnline, completing enrollment, and answering questions. Families may also call or stop by the Extension
Office anytime for one-on-one support.
