Below 7500 Feet, Crowley County, La Junta Vicinity/Otero County,
Eastern Las Animas County, Western Kiowa County, Eastern Kiowa
County, Las Animas Vicinity/Bent County, Lamar Vicinity/Prowers
County and Springfield Vicinity/Baca County.
