LPD Make Drug Arrest

On Thursday, January 26, 2017, officers from the Lamar Police Department contacted a vehicle in the 200 block Mullen Street in Lamar.  Officers arrested Sammy Davis Jr., 43 years old, of Lamar for driving with a suspended license.

While executing a search warrant, officers located approximately 20.8 grams of methamphetamine and prescription pills along with other paraphernalia. Mr. Davis is held at Prowers County Jail on a $150,000 any type bond.

All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in the court of law.
