Lamar Re-2 School District Registration for 2026-2027

The district will be holding registration for all schools (MHDC Preschool, Alta Vista Charter School, Washington Elementary, Parkview Elementary, Lamar Middle School, Lamar High School, and Lamar Educational Alternative Plan (LEAP) at the Community Building on Monday, July 27th from 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm and Tuesday, July 28th from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm.  For more information, you can call the Administration Office at 336-3251, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday through Thursday.

New Students:  Please bring Birth Certificate and immunization records

Other important information:

• First day of school for 6th, 9th and new students  – Monday, August 10th
• First Day of school for all 6th – 12th grade students – Tuesday, August 11th
• K-5^th grades Screening days – August 10^th and 11^th, first day of school – August 12th
• First day of school for MHDC Preschool – Monday, August 17th
• Alta Vista School (K-6^th) – Screening days – August 10^th and 11^th, first day of school – August 12^th
