Help brighten Christmas for a soldier overseas with our annual Stockings for Soldiers.

Peacock Funeral Home is gearing up for the annual stockings for soldiers. From now until November 15, 2018 you may pick up a free stocking at Peacock Funeral Home at 209 S. 4th St. Monday thru Friday from 8:00am until 4:00pm. Stockings can be picked up with a list of recommended items to fill them. Stuffed and decorated stockings can be returned back to Peacock Funeral Home no later than Wednesday, November 21, 2017. Peacock Funeral Home will ship the stockings overseas to a soldier for the holiday season. This is a great way to show our troops that even though they can’t be home for the holidays that they are still in our hearts and we are thinking of them.

Wreaths Across America

Wreaths Across America is under way for 2018. You may stop by Peacock Funeral Home at 209 South 4th Street from now until November 19, 2017 to order a wreath to be placed on a loved one’s grave or to donate a wreath to be placed on a Veteran’s grave in a local cemetery for our annual Wreaths Across America Ceremony being held on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at 10:00am at Fairmount Cemetery.
