ELECTION INFORMATION:  Ballots for the November 7, 2017 Coordinated Election will be mailed the week October 16 – October 20, 2017.  The Coordinated Election will be conducted as an all Mail Ballot Election.


What will be on the November 7, 2017 Coordinated Mail Ballot?

  • City of Lamar: Candidates for Mayor, Ward 1, Ward 2, Ward 3, and Ballot Issue 2A

  • Wiley School District RE-13JT Director Candidates for: School Board Directors

  • Lamar School District RE-2 Director Candidates for: Districts A, B, C, E, G

  • Holly School District RE-3 Director Candidates for: School Board DirectorsIMPORTANT: If you live in the Granada School District you will NOT receive a ballot for the November 7, 2017 Coordinated Election. Granada School District will not be participating in this year’s election because they did not have more candidate than offices to be filled. Ballot Info:   Prowers County Drop Box can be used for Voted Ballots (no postage necessary when using the county drop box).

  • REMEMBER: to allow enough time for the ballot to reach our office! Postmarks do not count!   Mail-in ballots must be received by 7:00 p.m. November 7, 2017.
  • As soon as you receive your ballot you may vote the ballot with your choices and then return it to the Prowers County Clerk’s Office during office hours or by mail.

  • Prowers County Clerk’s Office, Election Department will be open on Saturday, November 4 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. for ballot drop off, replacement ballots.
