City of Lamar Presidents Day closures

Most City of Lamar offices and buildings will be closed on 2/16 for Presidents Day. The City Complex/Library, Community Building, Public Works, and Lamar Community Resource & Senior Center are closed. Police and Fire administrative offices are closed. The public is encouraged to call the Prowers County Communications Center (Dispatch) at 719-336-3977 with any non-emergency issues or 911 for emergencies.

Lamar Sanitation is running Monday commercial and residential trash routes, and the Lamar Landfill is open 8:30 – 3:30 on 2/16.
