Kerry Filbeck – November 12, 1970 – February 13, 2026

A memorial graveside service for longtime Lamar resident Kerry Filbeck will be held at 1:30PM CST and 12:30 MST on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at the Johnson Cemetery in Johnson, Kansas with Pastor Paul Floyd officiating.

Kerry was born on November 12, 1970 at Lamar, Colorado to Marion Wayne and Nicki J. (McGehee) Filbeck and passed away at his home on February 13, 2026 with his family by his side at the age of 55.
He is preceded in death by his parents. Kerry is survived by his children L.J. Filbeck of Lamar, CO, Tavey (Bryan) Beatty of Raymond, WA, one grandchild on the way and his siblings Rob (Carrie) Filbeck of Missouri, Dawn (Mark) Bingham of Pueblo, CO, CJ (Destiny) Filbeck of Lamar, CO. He is also survived
by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and a host of friends and his special dog Handsome.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Kerry Filbeck Memorial Fund in care of the
funeral home.
