City of Lamar utility bills slightly delayed due to software conversion – now able to take all forms of payment

The City of Lamar’s February utility bills will be available no earlier than the afternoon of Tuesday, February 3, 2026, due to a major software conversion. The City extends our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

The City is now able to process all utility payments, including credit and debit cards, at the City Complex and Lamar Light and Power locations. Staff can also take payments over the phone at 719-336-4376.  Online payment will be available when the conversion is complete.
