Elise and Dalton Shaffer of Las Animas announce the birth of their daughter, Charlotte Summer Yates. Charlotte was born at Prowers Medical Center in Lamar, Colorado on July 11, 2024 at 5:54 pm with Dr. Park as the attending physician. Charlotte weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces and measured 20 inches in length.
