Prowers Medical Center Patients to Benefit from

‘Friends of the Foundation Gala’

 (Lamar, CO)  April 4, 2019 – It will be a gala event of exceptional importance at the Cow Palace Inn Courtyard as fundraisers gather to support a great cause. The Prowers Medical Center Foundation will host their 2nd annual fundraising event, May 10, 2019 in support of their MRI: Priceless Pictures campaign.

Everyone is invited and encouraged to embrace this year’s “Friends of the Foundation Gala” and the effort to improve our health in Southeastern Colorado. This year’s event is being held in honor of the late Fredrick Esgar, a founding member of the Prowers County Hospital District Board and a great supporter of the Prowers Medical Center Foundation. While an exciting evening of entertainment is promised, this annual fundraiser is also seeking support from sponsorships and auction donations that will aid the Foundation in continuing their work to improve access to quality healthcare for our community.

”Each donation to the gala or the Priceless Pictures campaign goes towards improving the lives of the people throughout the Valley,” shared Craig Loveless, CEO of Prowers Medical Center.  “Having an upgraded MRI in our community will provide us with the best technology diagnostic imaging has to offer without the need for our patients to travel hundreds of miles. This means better and earlier diagnoses for our patients without the need to walk outside to the MRI trailer and this will maximize our tools currently available while securing a brighter, healthier future.”

The Foundation welcomes participation of individuals, businesses and corporate entities to help make this year’s event an overwhelming success. Individual tickets are $50 and those who wish to attend are encouraged to extend invitations to their circle of friends, family and business associates to make the event the largest charitable networking experience possible. The goal of this year’s event is to fill the Courtyard at the Cow Palace to its capacity.
