High Plains Community Health Center Recognized

High Plains Community Health Center meets with Deb Zambrano from Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment who was on site to present our provider staff with the Silver Award for Immunization Quality Improvement Star Award.

This award is given to sites that show excellence in innovation, achievement, commitment, and collaboration to improve childhood/adolescent immunization rates in Colorado.  High Plains was one out of six sites in Colorado to be given an award!
