Domestic Safety Resource Center Announces – Domestic Violence Awareness Month 2018

October is National Domestic Violence awareness Month. Domestic Safety Resource Center is joining organizations across Colorado and the nation using our voices to promote greater public awareness about Domestic Violence. According to the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence Survey 1 in 3 women and 1 in 4 men experience some form of physical violence by an intimate partner. On a typical day, domestic violence hotlines receive approximately 21,000 calls; an average is close to 15 calls every minute. 

DSRC is available 24/7/365 to provide advocacy, support, and safety to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking and dating violence.
