Alice Marie Lane…November 19, 1926 – March 14, 2018

A private family memorial service for lifelong Lamar resident, Alice Lane will be held at a later date.

Per Alice’s request cremation will take place and there will be no visitation.

Alice was born on November 19, 1926 at Wiley, Colorado to Harold and Viola (McKibbon) Nicklos and passed away on March 14, 2018 with her family by her side at the age of 91.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lane; daughter-in-law, Pam Lirley; her parents and her siblings, Julian Harold Nicklos, Susy Ann Walker and Dorothy Lucas.

Alice is survived by her son, Lee Lirley of Lamar; step-son, David (Gina) Lane of Joplin, MO; seven grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other family and a host of friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Lamar Area Hospice either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
