Koehn Declares for Prowers County Treasurer-Public Trustee

To the Citizens of Prowers County,

I, Kayla Koehn, am announcing my candidacy for election to the office of Prowers County Treasurer and Public Trustee.

Prior to moving to Lamar, I worked at a Credit Union in Colorado Springs for 10 years in a management capacity. Since living here in Lamar, I have spent 18 years of my career working for a local bank, both in the banking and investment divisions. During that time I had the opportunity to train in several different financial fields. Along with traditional banking duties, my experience includes management, training and investments.  I earned a banking diploma from both the Western States School of Banking and Center for Financial Training, as well as acquiring and maintaining a Series 6 Investment License.

I am married to Lamar native Terry Koehn and have personally made Lamar my home for the past 22 years.

I am registered as a Republican, but would be privileged to serve all the citizens of Prowers County equally. I would greatly appreciate your support and vote in the 2018 election.
