HOPE Center Hosting Community Wide Thanksgiving Dinner

Lincoln School May 2016

A group of Women from the FLTI (Family Leadership Training Institute) Class of 2016 have chosen their community project as “A Community Thanksgiving”.

The group lead by Maria Gutierrez and Lupita Mungaray, has worked toward setting up the event with the help of the entire group and donations of volunteer service and items to complete the dinner from the Community and its members as well as Local Businesses.

Join our facebook page, “Lamar Community Thanksgiving”, or gather information and share with other members of the community who may need a friendly face or many faces with whom to share fellowship and a meal.

Thanksgiving Day Dinner is open to the public 11:00am to 3:00pm at the Hope Center (Lincoln School on North 10th Street).  Please feel free to ask any questions, make a donation or just join in and have a great meal prepared by some friendly family people.
