Lamar FFA team wins multiple awards at Colorado State FFA CDEs

Lamar FFA chapter members at Colorado State FFA CDE competition

The Lamar FFA chapter had a solid performance at the Colorado Sate FFA CDEs.  The Lamar students competed in Ag Mechanics, Ag Sales, Dairy Cattle Evaluation, Vet Science, and Horse Evaluation.

Ag Mechanics – Gold Team

Brennan Brodecky – Gold Individual (3^rd overall)

Adan Zamora – Silver Individual

Kasey Campbell – Silver Individual

Kasen Harvey – Silver Individual

Dairy Cattle Evaluation

Omar Zamora – Bronze Individual

Vet Science

Maddi Sneller – Bronze Individual

Devyn Smotherman – Bronze Individual

Scholarship Spotlight:  Brennan Brodecky earned a $750 scholarship for his top-five finish.  Blake Herrera (State Reporter) was awarded a $10,000 CSU Scholarship good for four years.
