The 9th Annual Southern Plains “Wild About You” Daddy Daughter Dance will take place on Saturday, April 25, 2025, from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. at the Lamar Community Building.
This special evening invites fathers and daughters to enjoy dinner, music, dancing, and connection while supporting the Good Grief Group Program through Lamar Area Hospice, which provides grief support to local students and families. Since 2016, eight events have raised $19,300 for these services, and the committee encourages fathers, grandfathers, uncles, and other male role models to bring a special girl in their life to this meaningful event.
Tickets are available for $35 in advance at Lamar Area Hospice, Wash Spott, Flower Boutique, and Thoughts in Bloom. Tickets will also be available at the door for $40.
Community members are encouraged to attend, spread the word, and support this important program. Every ticket sold helps ensure that children and families continue to receive compassionate care during difficult times.
