Come show off your dogs at the “Fanci Anne Strut” dog party Saturday, August 17

Get your furry best friend cleaned up and in its cutest outfit, because the “Fanci Anne Strut” is where you’re going to want be on Saturday, August 17!  The “Fun-Raiser” dog party was the brainchild of Judy Turpin, Desiree Ellis and Karen Voepel.  It is free to all and promises to be a lot of fun for dogs and owners.  It will be held in the Enchanted Forest from 9-10 am.  There will be a parade of the dogs throughout the Enchanted Forest with treats given out along the way, generously donated by Tractor Supply Company.  Scooter’s Coffee is also generously donating “pup cups” to all dogs as well and poop bags will be furnished.  Local dog groomers are donating gift certificates for small, medium and large dogs with winners chosen in a drawing.  Dogs do not have to wear costumes/outfits to attend, but they must be dog-friendly and all dogs must be on leashes.

The Shore Arts Center window has an adorable display of “all things Fanci Anne” including her many outfits, cars and photos.  The event is in conjunction with the 6trh annual Downtown Custom & Classic Expo car show on August 16 and 17.
