Marguerite M. “Maggie” Tyrrell…February 24, 1942 – January 1, 2019

 

Graveside Services for Marguerite M. Tyrrell will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at Imperial Memorial Gardens in Pueblo, CO.   Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at Valley Memorial Funeral Chapel in Lamar, CO.

Marguerite Merle Tyrrell, affectionately known to most as “Maggie” was born February 24, 1942 in Browning, MT to John L. and Delevene D. (LaMere) Moran. She loved her family, and her kids were always number one in her life. Maggie was a wonderful cook and had a huge heart. She loved to crochet, embroider, and loved reading. Maggie passed away on January 1, 2019 at her home at the age of 76.

She is survived by daughters, Debra (Kenneth) Smith of Lamar, CO, Mary Joan RunningRabbit of St. Louis, MO, Bobbie Jo RunningRabbit (Hippie Esquibel) of Lamar, CO, and Tanya Perkins (Andrew England) of Pueblo West, CO; sons, Patrick Griffin of Browning, MT, Merlin RunningRabbit of Billings, MT, Kelly RunningRabbit of Lamar, CO; brothers, John J. Hamilton of Hawaii, James (Mardie) Moran of Cut Bank, MT; 17 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.

Maggie was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert Stewart Tyrrell; son, John E. Griffin; infant brother, Patrick; sister, Alberta Smith; brothers, Frankie Moran, Glenn Moran, Danny Moran and Pete Zanka.
