Wranglers from Wild West Athletics Score Gold Medals in Kansas Competition

The Wranglers Gymnastics Competition Team from Wild West Athletics in Lamar attended their first meet in McPherson, KS hosted by a Next Level Gymnastics. The 24 gymnasts from WWA did an outstanding job at their first competition. They represented 6 competitive levels and 14 different age divisions where they proudly took home 8 Gold Medal All Around Championships. In the Team Divisions, Wranglers Level 1’s took the Gold 1st placing, Level 2’s took 4th, Level 3’s won the Gold 1st placing, & Optional Level Gold was the Gold 1st placing.
Katilin Baca of Granada Co., level Platinum, took 1st in all 4 events. Her highest individual score was a 9.50 on floor. Her all around of 36.30 earned her the Gold where she received a Gold Gymnastics Snow Globe. She was also the highest scoring Platinum gymnast of the competition.
Brystal Bletzacker of Eads Co., level 1, took second on Vault, and 1st the other 3 events. Her highest individual score was a 9.65 on floor. She had an all around score of 37.75 as she took home the Gold where she received a Gold Gymnastics Snow Globe. She was also the 3rd highest scoring Level 1 of the entire competition.
Jailyn Brandl of Tribune, Ks., level 2, took 1st in 3 events and 2nd on floor where she had her highest individual score of a 9.50. Her all around score was a 37.20 which earned her the Gold where she received a Gold Gymnastics Snow Globe.
Sakura Cole of Las Animas, Co., level 1, took 1st on beam, 2nd on floor with her highest individual score of 9.55, 3rd on vault, & 4th on bars. She earned the Silver All Around Medal with a score of 37.50.
Haylee Beth Darnell of Holly, Co., level Gold, took 1st place on Beam and Floor and 3rd on Vault and Bars. Her highest individual score was a 9.25 on floor. She earned the SIlver in the all around with a 35.20. She was the 3rd highest scoring Level Gold Gymnast of the competition.
Tryleigh Suede DuVall of Granada, Co., level 3, took 3rd on vault, 1st on bars, and 2nd on beam & floor. Her highest individual score was a 9.50 on vault. She earned a Silver medal with an all around score of 37.30.
Alyssa Edgington of Lakin Ks., level Gold, took 2nd on vault & bars and 3rd on beam and floor. Her highest individual score was a 9.40 on floor. She took the Silver medal with her all around score of 34.75.
Bay Ellis of Springfield, Co., level Gold, took 1st in all events. Her highest individual score was a 9.60 on floor. She earned the Gold receiving a Gold Gymnastics Snow Globe with an all around score of 37.10. She was the highest scoring Level Gold gymnast and the highest scoring optional of the competition.
Laila Garcia of McClave, level 1, took 2nd on vault, and 1st on all other events. Her highest individual scores was 9.55 on both Bars & Beam. She earned the Gold receiving a Gold Gymnastics Snow Globe with an an all around score of 37.80. She was the 2nd highest scoring level 1 of the competition.
Jade Hunter of Swink, Co., level 2, took 2nd on vault, and 1st on all other events. Her highest individual score was 9.50 on floor. She earned the Gold in the All Around with a 37.00 receiving a Gymnastics Snow Globe.
Tressa Korum of Holly, Co. level 2, took 5th on beam and 7th on all other events. She took 7th in the All Around with a 35.70. Her highest individual scores was 9.20 on beam and floor.
Bronwyn Lewis of Syracuse, Ks., level 3, took 4th on vault, 2nd on bars, 3rd on beam, and 6th on floor. Her highest individual score was a 9.45 on vault. She took the Silver in the All Around with a 36.75.
River Loader of Walsh, Co. level 2, took 8th on vault and 6th on all other events. Her highest individual score was a 8.95 on vault. She took 7th in the All Around with a score of 35.25.
Hensley Mireles of Lamar, Co. level 3, took 6th on floor, 1st on vault, 10th on beam, & 4th on floor. Her highest individual score was a 9.65 on vault. She took 5th in the All Around division with a score of 35.95.
Myla Oquist of Lamar, Co. level 2, took 6th on vault, 7th on bars, 6th on beam, & 5th on floor. Her highest individual event was floor with a score of 9.15. She took 7th in the All Around with a 34.60.
Lanee Owens of Syracuse, Ks., level 3, took 9th on vault, 4th on bars, 2nd on beam, & 5th on floor. Her highest individual score was a 9.50 on beam. She placed 5th in the All Around with a 37.50.
Savana Reyher of McClave, Co, level 3, took 2nd on vault & bars, 5th on beam, & 4th on floor. Her highest individual event was on vault with a 9.65. She took the Bronze medal in the All Around with a 37.60. She was the 4th highest scoring Level 3 of the competition.
Stella Simon of Kendall, Ks., level Gold, took 3rd on vault, 4th on bars, & 2nd on beam and floor. Her highest individual event was on floor with a 9.50. She took the Bronze medal in the All Around with a 34.10.
Ella Splitter of Sheridan Lake, Co., level 3, took 4th on vault and 1st on all other events. Her highest individual score was a 9.65 on beam. She won the Gold in the All Around receiving a Gold Gymnastics Snow Globe. She was the highest scoring Level 3 of the competition and earned the title of MVG (Most Valuable Gymnast) of the meet as she was also the highest scoring gymnast of entire competition.
Abygail Stevens of Lamar, Co., level 1, took 6th on vault and 1st on all other events. Her highest individual score was a 9.65 on floor. She won the Gold in the All Around receiving a Gold Gymnastics Snow Globe with a score of 37.60.
Kali Stevens of Lamar, Co., level 1, took 5th on vault, 2nd on bars and beam, & 1st on floor. Her highest individual event was on floor with a 9.55. She won the Bronze medal in the All Around with a score of 37.50.
Addison Vallejos of Lamar, Co., level 2, took 6th on vault, 1st on bars and floor, & 3rd on beam. Her highest individual score was a 9.70 on floor. She won the Gold in the All Around with a score of 37.70 receiving a Gold Gymnastics Snow Globe. She was the 3rd highest scoring level 3 of the competition.
