Please join us on Tuesday, May 1st at 7:00 p.m. at Lamar High School for our Annual FREE Spring Concert featuring the AVWPE Concert Band, Valley Jazz Orchestra and Main Street Ringers Handbells.  This is the Arkansas Valley Wind & Percussion Ensemble’s 19th Season Concert of Honor.  The concert band, directed by Christi Ludwig, will feature some of the most celebrated love songs of Broadway musicals and hit movies; immediately followed by a wonderful selection of songs from the Main Street Ringers hand bell choir.

Refreshments featuring homemade cookies by Yvonne Westhoff will be served during a brief intermission by Band-Aid ( a support subsidiary of AVWPE, Inc.)

The Valley Jazz, directed by Greg Ludwig, will mix it up with some traditional jazz favorites to finish up the evening’s performance.

The doors at the Lamar High School will be open at 6:00 p.m. for our 2018-2019 Concert Season Ticket Campaign. Ticket prices are the same as last year’s at $45 Adult; $15 Student; and $95 Family.  Concerts for the 2018-2019 Season include Paul, the Beatle; 7th Avenue; Black Market Trust, Let’s Go to the Movies, and our Christmas and Spring Concerts featuring AVWPE concert and jazz bands, and the Main Street Ringers.
