Bieker Case Resolved in Prowers County District Court

The cases involving People v. Skye Bieker (17CR119 and 17CR162) were held December 27th, 2017 for a plea and sentencing hearing in Prowers County, District Court. Case 17CR119 involving the alleged knife-point robbery of south Loaf N Jug in April 2017.
Mr. Bieker pled guilty to Robbery, a class four felony, and Menacing, a class five felony, and was sentenced to a total of 8 years in prison with 3 years of parole in case 17CR119. That is the Loaf N Jug robbery case.
Mr. Bieker pled guilty to Menacing, a class five felony, and was sentenced to one year in prison with two years of parole in case 17CR162, to be served consecutively to 17CR119. Case 17CR162 involves an assault at the Prowers County Jail. The case was prosecuted by Joshua Vogel, 15th Judicial District in Prowers County.
