Cruz Salinas, Jr….October 5, 1968 – August 27, 2017

Funeral services for Cruz Salinas, Jr. will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, August 31, 2017 at Valley Memorial Funeral Chapel in Lamar, CO. Deacon Eddie Morales will officiate. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Lamar, CO. Visitation for Cruz will be held Wednesday, August 30, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. also at Valley Memorial Funeral Chapel in Lamar, CO.

Cruz was born on October 5, 1968 to Cruz Salinas Sr. and Clara (Morales) Ledesma. He passed away August 27, 2017, at his home, at the age of 48.

Cruz is survived by his wife, Diana Salinas, of Lamar, CO.; daughter, Jaquelinn Rangel of Lamar, CO.; son, Kristofer Rangel of Lamar, CO.; brothers, Martin Ledesma Jr. of Lamar, CO., Oscar Salinas of Lamar, CO., Freddy Salinas of Texas; sister, Maria Lopez; 2 grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a host of friends.

Cruz is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Manuel Ledesma, George Salinas, Eddie Salinas; sisters, Lisa Villalva, and Connie Ortiz.
