Henry Ray Nolan…July 17, 1956 – October 4, 2016

A celebration of life for longtime Lamar resident, Henry Ray Nolan will be held at 10:00AM on Monday, November 14, 2016 at the Peacock Family Chapel with Pastor Galen Burnett officiating. A rosary service will be held prior at 9:30AM at the funeral home with Stephanie Gonzales reciting. Inurnment will follow at the Hartman Cemetery in Hartman, Colorado.  Per the family’s request cremation has taken place and there was no visitation.

Henry was born on July 17, 1956 at Syracuse, Kansas to Gervacio and Katherine (Gonzales) Nolan and passed away on October 4, 2016 at his home in Lamar at the age of 60.

He is preceded in death by his father.

Henry is survived by his children, Fernando Nolan of Lubbock, TX and Monica (Francisco) Esparza of Robs Town, TX; three grandchildren, Julissa, Andrew and Fabian and his mother, Katherine Nolan of Lamar. He is also survived by his siblings, Roy (Maria) Nolan of Locknee, TX; Rose (Pete) Hernandez of Lamar; Julia (Hector) Contreras of San Antonio, TX; Emily Nolan of Lamar; Rita (Raul) Perez of Colorado Springs, CO; Kathy (Tony) Melgoza of Granada; Julian Nolan of Lamar; Able Nolan of Colorado Springs, CO and Corrina Nolan of Lamar as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and many friends.
