2026 Annual Tri-State 9-11 Tribute Foundation benefit auction raises $33,205

On behalf of the Tri-State 9-11 Tribute Foundation, we would like to thank Lamar, Colorado and whole tri-state community for a super successful benefit auction held on Saturday, March 14^th.  Nashville recording artist Claire Dunn singing out national anthem set a magnificent tone for the night!

Then, when the auction started, Ron Morlan, along with four future auctioneers from the McClave High School FFA got the crowd energized and kept the banquet room at Tavern 1301 really hopping.  By the time the live and silent auctions ended, we had raised an amazing $28,705 with an additional $4,500 from other financial sponsors.  We ended up with a total of $33,205.  We are now able to complete our Tri-State 9-11 memorial and also establish a maintenance fund.

I would also like to thank the Tr-State 9-11 committee for their dedication and hard work in pursuing “our drea”.  God Bless – we are “getting er done”.  We are listing both our financian donors along with the actual items listed when possible.  We had so many items donated we were forced to bundle some articles because of time constraints.
