Peter Page, Chief Operating Officer of Frontier Bank recently graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado’s (GSBC) Executive Development Institute for Community Bankers® (EDI), completing the rigorous program as a member of its 13th cohort.
The graduation ceremony was held on April 14 in Broomfield, Colo. EDI is a prestigious leadership development program designed for community bank professionals who are preparing for executive-level leadership. Through one-on-one executive coaching, mentorship and an applied leadership curriculum, participants strengthen the skills needed to guide their institutions into the future. Coursework includes topics such as organizational change, profitability, customer relationships, cybersecurity and talent management.
“EDI is helping community banks develop their future executives in support of the bank’s succession plan,” said GSBC President Michael Stevens. “It’s inspiring to see Peter’s passion for the industry, his community and his customers. GSBC is proud to have been part of his development.”
GSBC’s EDI program is offered to up-and-coming C-suite community banking professionals and attracts participants from across the country. Enrollment is now open for the 15th cohort, scheduled to begin in October 2026. More information is available at www.GSBColorado.org.
