Colorado Geological Survey offering free well sampling in Lower Arkansas River area

Volunteer for a Free Well Water Sample! The Colorado Geological Survey, funded by the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment, is conducting a baseline study on radionuclides and metals in groundwater in the Lower Arkansas River area. We’re looking for homeowners to collect a free water sample from their private well!

Participation is simple: we’ll ship a sampling kit with prepaid return shipping. Personal information will be kept confidential, and individual lab reports will be sent directly to well owners.
