Lamar’s newest U.S. citizen honored at recent event

Lamar’s newest United States citizen Fernando Saldana was recognized and honored for his achievement by the Tri-State 9-11 Tribute Foundation.

The organization presented Fernando with an American flag and a copy of the U.S. Constitution.
