Donald Rushton…February 20,925 – November 14, 2019

Funeral Services for Holly, Colorado resident, Donald Rushton will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, November 18, 2019 at Valley Memorial Funeral Chapel in Holly, Colorado with Kevin Bon May officiating. Interment will follow in the Holly Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1:00-5:00 p.m. Sunday, November 17, 2019 also at the funeral home.

Donald Rushton was born on February 20, 1925 in Weatherford, Oklahoma to C.B. and Alice (Perkins) Rushton. He passed away on November 14, 2019 at Greeley County Hospital in Tribune, Kansas at the age of 94.

Donald is survived by his children, Donna (Jerry) Adams of Holly, Colorado, Merlin (Judy) Rushton of Holly, Colorado, Diana (Mike) Mishler of Tribune, Kansas, and Marvin (Mary) Rushton of Holly, Colorado; siblings, Irene May of Lamar, Colorado and Temple (Sally) Rushton of Holly, Colorado; 13 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Ruth (Lucius) Schenck of Johnson, KS; many nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, C.B. and Alice Rushton; wife, Lucille Rushton; and siblings, Hugh Rushton, Louise Harper, and Melvin Rushton.
