When Thursdays Feel Like Mondays

An alert driver noticed his rig was starting to list to the right earlier today, July 25th as he maneuvered northbound on South 6th Street, just past the intersection of West Oak Street.

Apparently some bales of hay came loose from the securing straps and started to shift weight which brought the semi to a halt until the problem could be rectified at around 1:30pm this afternoon.  The driver put out safe zone markers and got in touch with someone who could provide an extra hand or two.

In about an hour’s time, the problem had been taken care of and the hay was on the way!
