Letter to the Editor: Polis Recall Info

Resist Polis Pack, House District 64 Group, has affiliated with Dismiss Polis, which is a neutral, third party, “Issues Committee” that has filed paperwork with the Colorado Secretary of State, with a stated mission to dismiss Jared Polis as Governor of Colorado through the recall process. This was done in the best interest of the People of Colorado, to have a single petition.

Donations have made it possible to print the Recall Polis Petitions which will be distributed July 9^th or 10^th.  A Petition signing kick-off party will be held at the Lamar Community Building, Thursday, July 11^th from 4pm to 7pm.  A Bent County party will be held Friday, July 12^th from 5pm to 8pm at Carmen’s Restaurant in Las Animas and other locations include:  Kirby Sales, Main Street Lamar, M-F from 1:30 to 3:30pm; Lamar Community Bldg., Mon & Tue from 5pm to 7pm, Ports to Plains Restaurant, M-F from 8am to 3pm, Thaxton’s Market in Las Animas Saturdays from 3pm to 5pm and Daniel’s Construction, 201 East Washington Street, Lamar, M-F from 8am to 5pm

Additional Recall Petitions will be circulated at the same time at each location for several bills that have been signed by Polis.
