Karri Lopez…December 9, 1966 – July 22, 2019

Funeral Services for Lamar, CO resident Karri Lopez will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 27, 2019 at Valley Memorial Funeral Chapel in Lamar, CO with Pastor Kathy Leathers officiating. Visitation for Karri will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday, July 26, 2019 also at Valley Memorial Funeral Chapel. Per Karri’s request, cremation will follow the funeral service. Private inurnment will take place at a later date.

Karri Lenai (Rowland) Lopez was born in California on December 9, 1966 to Keith L. and Carole L. (Anderson) Rowland. She loved life, was never judgmental, and was compassionate to a fault. She loved animals and adored her grandchildren, whom she is greatly missed by. Karri passed away in Lamar, CO on July 22, 2019 at the age of 52.

Karri is survived by her husband, Nick Lopez of Lamar, CO; sons, Allen Metoxen of California, Jarrod Lopez of Lamar, CO; daughter, Nikki Disque of Texas; mother, Carole Rowland of Holly, CO; sister, Lynn (Tony) Wagner of Oklahoma; brother, Curtis Rowland of Holly, CO; granddaughter, Braeleigh Disque; grandsons, Evan Lopez and Gaige Disque.

She was preceded in death by her father, Keith Rowland in 2007; parents-in-law, Al and Joyce Lopez; maternal grandparents, Clarence and Melva Anderson and paternal grandparents, Babe and Fuzzy Fuson.
