Juvenile Arrested in Lamar Aggravated Robbery

On Sunday, April 22, 2018, officers responded to an armed robbery in the 1100 block of South Main Street. Prior to officers’ arrival the suspect fled the area.  During the investigation officers executed several search warrants and recovered several items of evidence.  Officers were able to identify a juvenile male as the suspect.  Officers obtained a no bond warrant for aggravated robbery, menacing with a weapon, and theft.

The juvenile male is currently being held at the Pueblo Youth Detention Center located in Pueblo, Colorado. The charges are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
