Arrests Stem from On-Going Drug Investigation

As a result of the ongoing investigation from the previous search warrants that were executed by Lamar Police Department on Saturday, December 2, 2017, officers obtained an arrest warrant for Gayla Deen, 48, of Lamar, for the Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance.
Officers also obtained arrest warrants for Christopher Lohse, 47, of Lamar, Dylan Moore, 22, of Lamar, and Joshua Saldana, 31, of Lamar, for the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Ms. Deen was arrested by members of the La Junta Police Department on Tuesday, 12/05/17. Ms. Deen was transported to the Otero County Jail where she was being held without bond.
Mr. Lohse and Mr. Moore were arrested by members of the Lamar Police Department on Thursday, 12/14/17 in the 800 block of South 9th Street. Mr. Moore was also charged with additional felony charges resulting from his arrest.
Mr. Lohse is being held at the Prowers County Jail on a $4,000 bond. Mr. Moore is being held at the Prowers County Jail on an $8,000 bond.
Mr. Saldana was arrested by members of the Lamar Police Department on Friday, 12/15/17 in the 800 block of West Oak Street. Mr. Saldana was also charged with additional felony charges resulting from his arrest.
Mr. Saldana is being held at the Prowers County Jail without bond. Every person is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
