Birth Announcement: Ramsay

Mike and Crystal Ramsay of Lamar, Colorado announce the birth of their daughter, Julia Neoma Elizabeth Ramsay at 3:39pm at Prowers Medical Center on Monday, November 14^th, 2016 with Sharon Hendricks attending.  Julie weighed five pounds and three ounces and was 18 inches in length at birth.  Brothers/Sisters:  Taz, Billey and Jacob Ramsay.  Grandparents are Sue and Dick Ramsay and Clementine Bannister.
