Honkers Visit Rene’z Salon and Lamar Starter

The Lamar Chamber Honkers paid a recent visit to Rene’z Salon, owned and operated by REne’ May at 108 South Main Street, downtown Lamar.  Courtney Lane, nail technician, offers her services for nail care and design as well.

Rene’z is a full salon, offering hair coloring, styling and waxing; a full make-over is available by calling 691-9747.  Nail care includes shellacing, gel nails and acrylics.  Rene’z is looking for a massage therapist to complete their head to toe services.  Hours are Tuesday thru Friday from 9am to 5:30pm and Saturday from 9am to 2pm.  Evening scheduling is by appointment only.

Lamar Starter was next on the stop for visits; located at 420 North Main in Lamar, owner/operator Chad Dimitt provides automotive repairs and parts such as Interstate Batteries as well as generators, alternators and starters and repairs them as well.  Lamar Starter is open Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm.  Call at 336-9770 and be sure to check out their line of Green Mountain grills.  Come out for their Open House Friday, November 4th from 3-6pm and enjoy food, prizes and drawings.
