Johnny Dennis…March 18, 1943 – July 28, 2016

A Memorial Service for Johnny Dennis will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at Horber Funeral Chapel in Las Animas, Colorado with Pastor Diane Hutson officiating.

                Johnny Steve Dennis was born on March 18, 1943 to Lloyd and Eva (Brannon) Dennis in Denver, Colorado.  He passed away on July 28, 2016 at Parkview Medical Center in Pueblo, CO at the age of 73.

                Johnny is survived by his wife, Lela Dennis of Las Animas, CO; children, Wendy (Mark) McLaughlin of Stockdale, TX, John Robin (Donna) Dennis of San Diego, CA, Jenny Lee (Chase) Kunze of Twin Valley, MN, Danny (Nicole) Dennis of Canon City, CO, and Derek Wayne (Amy) Wise of Las Vegas, NV; brothers, Carl Lloyd (Barbara) Dennis of Littleton, CO and James Ray Dennis of Commerce City, CO; 14 grandchildren; many other relatives and a host of friends.

                Johnny was preceded in death by his parent, Lloyd and Eva Dennis and sister-in-law, Linda Dennis.
