City of Lamar sales taxes, collected in August, showed a 12.61% increase for a gain of $32,228 over last year at this time, posting revenues of $287,825 for 2017 against $255,597 for 2016. Total Sales and Use Tax collections for the same period were up 8.68% for a jump of $24,777 in revenues. […]
