Birth Announcement – Shiba

John and Icey Shiba of Las Animas, Colorado, welcomed a baby girl, Jilveen Shiba, on August 29, 2025 at Prowers Medical Center in Lamar.  Jilveen was born at 4:36 p.m., weighing 7 pounds, 6 ounces and measuring 18.75 inches.  Joining her at home is her brother, Ozias.  Grandparents are Zerrell and Heather Wilson and Randy and Phyllis Shiba.  Dr. Forseter was the attending physician.
