Rotary gazebo in Willow Creek Park gets final touches

The Lamar Rotary Club’s gazebo in Willow Creek Park was recently scraped, sanded and repainted by Rotary members. The finishing touch was provided by local artist Leandra Chavez, who added a bright gold Rotary wheel on a brilliant blue background.
