Police Investigate Lamar Shooting

On Sunday, March 13, 2016 at approximately 8:30 PM officers responded to the 1600 block of South 11th Street in Lamar for a report of an assault with a firearm.
A victim was transported by personal vehicle to the Emergency Room of Prowers Medical Center. The individual was later transported to another hospital.
A person of interest has been identified in the case. The investigation into the case is ongoing.
