8/18/2026 22:26 2602361 APPEL, TROY Officers received a phone call of from a victim of domestic violence. Officers took a report and a warrant is being obtained.

8/19/2026 02:37 2602362 APPEL, TROY Officers responded to the 200 block of North 10th Street for a welfare check. Officers contacted a male party that was intoxicated. The male party was issued a summons.

8/19/2026 08:55 2602364 CAMPBELL, THOMAS Officer took a report of possible theft. Upon investigation, officer found that the party took what appeared to be abandoned property in an alley. The officer advised the party that residents have the ability to store items outside of their fences within the property lines.
