Comments: 1 Adult Male as he was being escorted by deputies to holding cell, started to resist, was OC ‘d and placed in the restraint chair for his safety, safety of staff and other Inmates.

191756 10/04/2019 (PROWERS COUNTY JAIL) – WARRANT – PROWERS COUNTY

Comments: Paul Martinez Jr turned himself in at the Prowers County Jail on a Misdemeanor Warrant for Failure to Appear. Bond set at $1,000 Cash or Surety. Arrested by Prowers County Deputy Derek Taulman.

Comments: Deputy Madrid responded to the 17000 block of County Road NN for a report of animal cruelty. The matter is under investigation.

191767 10/05/2019 (JR’S COUNTRY STORE HOLLY) – LOCAL-MISDEMEANOR

Comments: Deputy T. Dunagan of the Prowers County Sheriff’s Office contacted Jose Ramos of Holly in the 100 Block of West Colorado in Holly. Ramos was found to have a warrant for his arrest out of Prowers County. Ramos was transported to the Prowers County Jail where he is being held on a $1,000 bond.

191769 10/05/2019 MA IN ST & OLIVE ST LAMAR – AMPHETAMINE, POSSESSION

Comments: Deputy T. Dunagan of the Prowers County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of South Main Street in Lamar. Deputy found the driver, Roxanne Tiller of Lamar to be DUI. During an inventory of the vehicle deputy found methamphetamine and other drug paraphernalia. Roxanne was transported to the Prowers County Jail where she is being held on a $10,000 bond.

Comments: Deputy E Rodriguez responded to Hwy 50 MP 427 to assist C SP to translate the language of Spanish on a possible DUI traffic stop. C SP had one male party in custody for DUI.
