192022 11/18/2019 7 COR & 50 HWY LAMAR – TRAFFIC ACCIDENT, INJURY Comments: Deputies were dispatched to a two vehicle accident at Hwy 50 and CR 7, with reported injuries. Deputies assisted CSP with providing traffic control until both lanes of traffic were cleared.

192009 11/16/2019 100 Blk E WALNUT ST, GRANADA – DAMAGED PROPERTY, PRIVATE Comments: Deputy Freouf responded to the 100 Blk of E Walnut in Granada CO on a report of a Domestic Dispute. Dakota Baker, 28 of Granada, was arrested for Criminal Mischief and Domestic Violence. Dakota is being held at the Prowers County Jail on No Bond.

191969 11/08/2019 6754 HH.5 COR UNINCORPORATED   – MENTAL SUBJECT Comments: Deputies responded to the 6000 block of County Road HH.5 on a report of an intoxicated male who wanted to hurt himself. Deputies made contact with the subject. A co-responder with mental health training arrived on scene and made arrangements to get the male subject some needed help.

191970 11/08/2019 5400 50 HWY UNINCORPORATED – FAMILY OFFENSE, OTHER Comments: Sgt. Rodriguez responded to the 5000 blk of Hwy 50 on a report of a domestic violence. Deputies arrested Riley Wurst, 28 of Lamar, for Domestic Violence, Harassment, and Child Abuse. Wurst was transported to the Prowers County Jail and held without bond.

191984 11/11/2019 7595 LL COR UNINCORPORATED – LOCAL-MISDEMEANOR Comments: Deputies responded to a welfare check call at the 7000 Blk County Rd. LL. Sheena Wollert, 35 from Lamar, was arrested on 2 misdemeanor warrants from Pueblo and Prowers County. Sheena was transported to Prowers County Jail with a total set bond of $6,000.

191960 11/07/2019 6525 FF CR – IDENTITY THEFT Comments: Deputy Madrid was contacted in regards to credit card fraud at the 6000 block of County Road FF. The matter is under investigation.

11/19/2019 12:00:00 AM          08:27   1906797           SHERRILL, JAMISON Officers responded to the 100 block of W Cedar St for the report of a traffic accident. Melinda Smith, 45 of Lamar, was issued a citation for failing to yield right of way.

11/19/2019 9:14:21 AM 09:14   1906798           SHERRILL, JAMISON Officers responded to the 700 block of N. Main St. for a two vehicle, non injury accident. Damage to the vehicles was estimated at approximately $400.00.

11/19/2019 12:00:00 AM          09:35   1906799           SHERRILL, JAMISON Officers recovered a small pink child’s four wheeler toy from a yard in the Mayhew area and were advised by the resident it had been abandoned there for approximately two weeks. The item was taken for safe keeping.

Ramos, 41 of Holly, CO, was arrested on two outstanding Prowers County warrants. He was transported to the Prowers County Jail and held on two $1,000.00 bonds.
