170315 02/14/2017 196 HWY & MM •TRAFFIC ACCIDENT

Comments: Deputies responded to the area of Cnty Rd 196 and Cnty Rd MM on a report of a one vehicle rollover crash. Deputies were informed both occupants were transported to PMC. Deputies assisted CSP with the crash investigation and traffic control. Deputy also cited a driver for careless driving at the investigation because they did not yield to emergency vehicles almost colliding with the tow truck.

170305 02/13/2017 (PROWERS COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE) – LOCAL-MISDEMEANOR

Comments: Sergeant M Turley served Henry Isom of Lamar a Prowers County Warrant for Violation of Protection Order. He is being held at Prowers County Jail on No Bond.

170308 02/13/2017 (PROWERS COUNTY JAIL) – CUSTODY INCIDENT

Comments: while booking inmate Damien Moran, contraband item were found in his personal property. Those items were placed in evidence.

170284 02/10/2017 7364 196 HWY – UNATTENDED DEATH

Comments: Deputy Freouf was dispatched to the 7000 Blk of Hwy 196 on a medical call. When Deputy Freouf arrived, EMTs had performed CPR on the party. The party could not be revived and was pronounced deceased by the deputy coroner. It is believed the party deceased from health problems.

170285 02/10/2017 E BRODERICK – ASSIST OTHER AGENCY

Comments: Deputy Freouf responded to E Broderick Ave in Granada to assist Granada PD with taking a subject into custody. Subject was arrested by Granada PD and transported to Prowers County Jail by Granada PD.

170288 02/10/2017 23900 C R FF – LITTERING

Comments: Deputy Freouf responded to a littering call around the area of the Granada landfill. Deputy Freouf found the party responsible for that littering and informed them they needed to clean up the trash.

170294 02/10/2017 W CHEYENNE ST HOLLY – VERBAL ARGUMENT

Comments: Deputy E Rodriguez responded to a family disturbance at the 800 Blk. W. Cheyenne St. in Holly. Rp stated her son and boyfriend had and argument that turn into pushing and graving each other. Neither reported any injuries nor showed evidence of being in a physical altercation. Rp choose to leave the residence on her own will with her son. No criminal charges were filed.

170295 02/10/2017 CO STATE LINE HOLLY – ASSIST PUBLIC

Comments: Deputy E Rodriguez responded to a possible suicidal male party at the state line in Holly. Male subject stated he needed help for suicidal thoughts due to a death of a family member. Male subject was transported to PMC for further evaluation.

Comments: Deputy Freouf responded to the 300 Blk of W Chestnut to assist the Lamar Police Department with a subject breaking windows of a house. Lamar PD handled the investigation.
