150592 03/24/2015 20:33 SECURITY CHECK – PERSONAL SECURITY Comments: Deputy Ibarra responded to 200 Blk of North 10th Street in Holly, Colorado on a report of a welfare check. During the check of the residence, deputy found drug paraphernalia in a room of the residence. Deputy discovered the items did not have any evidentiary value. Matter was placed into evidence and marked for destruction.

150589 03/23/2015 15:56 FRAUD – Comments: Senior Sergeant Weisenhorn responded to the 2000 blk of Cnty Rd 196 for a reported computer fraud. The RP stated he received a message on his computer requesting money or he would be arrested. The RP was advised it is a scam, and given options on how to remove it from his computer.

150577 03/20/2015 21:00 – 22:00 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT Comments: Inmate’s Dustin Rodman and Rodney Wilson were involved in a physical altercation at Prowers County Jail.

150578 03/20/2015 – 03/21/2015 21:30 – 01:00  – JAIL TRANSPORT Comments: Inmate was transported to Prowers Medical Center for treatment.

150583 03/22/2015 00:22 DUI – ALCOHOL Comments: Deputy Shivers contacted Bruce Bronson at the 28000 blk of Hwy 50 for speeding. Bruce was arrested and transported to the Prowers County Jail where he is being held on a $10,000 bond. Bruce was charged with speeding and DUI.

150585 03/22/2015 15:44 CONTROLLED BURN – AGRICULTURAL Comments: Deputy Palacios responded to the 39000 blk of Cnty Rd 3 on a report of criminal mischief. The RP told the Deputy his fence was burnt up during a controlled burn. The matter is still under investigation.

Officers contacted the responsible party and they advised they would reset the alarm and contact the officer if anything was found to have been tampered with.

Officer placed the dogs back into the yard at 510 E. Oak St. and left a door tag at the residence.

The dog was returned to its owner. Officer advised the responsible party of the need to fix the gate so the two lab dogs could not escape the yard.

Oak St. concerning three black and white pit dogs that had escaped out the back yard at 510 E. Oak St. The dogs were placed back into the yard and a hole in the East fence was covered to prevent the dogs from escaping.

3/26/2015 12:00:00 AM  15:07     1501597                CAMPBELL, THOMAS      Officers received a report of a party sleeping behind the Wal-Mart store. Officers contacted the party and advised him that he could not sleep there. The party left the area without further incident.

Upon arrival, officers contacted the party and advised him that the dirt bike was not street legal and could not be ridden on public roadways.
