Job Isac Licano, Sr….April 7, 1945 – January 14, 2018

 

A celebration of life memorial service for longtime Hasty resident, Job Isac Licano, Sr. will be held at 11:00 AM Friday January 19, 2018 at the Peacock Family Chapel in Lamar with Pastor Rod Coulter of the Seed and Supply Church of Las Animas officiating.

Per Job’s request cremation has taken place and there will be no pubic visitation.

Job Isac Licano, Sr. was born on April 7, 1945 in Rocky Ford, Colorado to Silverster Licano and Reyes Vallegos-Licano and departed this life on Sunday January 14, 2018 in Hasty, Colorado at the age of 72.

Job was preceded in death by his parents and by two brothers – Raymond and Richard Licano.

Job is survived by his children – Renee Licano of Denver; Daylene (John) Witt of Denver; Job (Tammy) Licano, Jr. of Hasty; Reyes (Brian) Simonds of Hasty; Isac (Chelsea Parton) Licano of Denver; Rebecca (Cory) Hoover of Wiley; Brigida Licano of Hasty and Jil Licano of Lamar; by the mother of his children – Becky Licano of Hasty; by twelve grandchildren; and by his siblings – Gilbert Licano; Obed Licano; Ozy Licano; Ruth Licano; Erma Licano; Lillian Licano; and Betty Hirakata as well as by numerous nieces nephews, cousins, other relatives and a host of friends.

Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Five Loaves Food Pantry in care of the McClave United Methodist Church either directly to PO Box 43; McClave, CO 81057 or through the funeral home office.
