W.G. “Bill” French…December 4, 1939 – August 21, 2017

 

 

A mass of Christian burial for longtime Granada, Colorado resident, W.G. “Bill” French will be held at 10:00AM on Monday, August 28, 2017 at the Peacock Family Chapel with Reverend Mariusz Wirkowski as celebrant. Interment will follow at the Hartman Cemetery in Hartman, Colorado.

Bill was born on December 4, 1939 at Lamar, Colorado to Lyman T. and Orpha P. (Hanks) French and passed away on August 21, 2017 at his home in Granada with his family by his side at the age of 77.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Donald Eugene French.

Bill is survived by his wife, Aniseta J. French of the family home in Granada, children, Tony E. French of Jacksonville, FL and Brenda K. (Ty) Trayner of Tampa, FL, grandchildren, Courtney J. (Jared Tilsdale) French, Anthony V. French, Taylor M. Trayner and Spencer Grant Trayner and great-grandson, Theodore Tilsdale. He is also survived by his sister, Betty Kiniston of Lamar as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other family and a host of friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Lamar Area Hospice either direct or in care of the funeral home office.

Services are under the direction of the Peacock Family.
